OUR RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your product is delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by since making your purchase, we unfortunately can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we determine that the product we delivered was defective or damaged. If we determine that the product was defective or damaged we will replace the product and ship the new product to you at our cost and refund you the cost of the return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but usually it will arrive within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We exchange our products in the event that there is something wrong with the product we shipped you. However, if you prefer a refund we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is subject to a partial refund.
The cost of the return shipping will not be refunded. Once approved, you will be refunded the amount of your original purchase including the cost of shipping. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are concerned that you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company if the refund is going to be on a credit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
